History

2010
February: The Lilies join in with the inaugural Women's Indoor Cricket Challenge and come second to the Nomads.

June: An EGM changes the LLCC's constitution to allow junior members of the club. A new club welfare officer is appointed.

2009
January: New sponsors and a new name! The Foreshore Lilies Ladies Cricket Club.

April: The Lilies provide all the players for a Jersey team to play Guernsey at their new indoor centre.

Summer season: The club enjoys some great matches at home against mixed teams from Foreshore and the FT and we join in with the FCC's Masterclass games.

September: Lilies players again form Jersey's team to play the first ladies' inter-insular in Guernsey. Guernsey 83-4, Jersey 76-5.

2008
May: Jersey and Guernsey women host the MCC. The bank holiday weekend sees Guernsey visit the JICC ground at Grainville for a CI ladies v MCC ladies match. Then, Jersey visit the KGV pitch in Guernsey for a MCC Jersey v MCC Guernsey match.

2007
21 April: First AGM of the Lilies Ladies Cricket Club held at the Exeter Inn, St Helier. The club and the women’s game in Jersey is recognised as a valuable addition to the cricketing life of the island.

Thanks to the support of the Jersey Cricket Board. a grant of equipment from the Lady Taverners, sponsorship from Cimandis and our affiliation with Farmers CC, we had an XI, a constitution, an elected committee, a home, new shirts and enough kit for the team.

June: The LLCC's inaugural match against a Farmer's Masterclass XI. Beautiful weather, good cricket and a hog-roast - what more could we want!
